Big and Bulky

Big and bulky items require extra handling and take longer to transport to all parts of Australia. Because of this, additional delivery fees apply to all products classified as Big and Bulky. To check whether or not a product you are ordering is affected look for the 'Big and Bulky' symbol when you order. 

Hazardous

This item contains hazardous materials and are subject to special shipping considerations. 

If an item you have ordered is marked as bulky  or hazardous  a bulky/dangerous goods flat rate of $20.75 applies. If an item you have ordered is marked as bulky or hazardous and is being shipping to a rural area, your order will be submitted for a shipping quote. Our Customer Service team will send you a Shipping Quote within one business day for review. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days of Shipping Quote approval.
